You betcha. Every can has 0g of added sugar. Instead, we use a blend of plant-based sweeteners — primarily stevia and erythritol — for that full, satisfying soda taste without the crash.

About 5–10 calories per can. Some flavors list around 11g of carbs, but those come from erythritol and other non-sugar sweeteners — not sugar. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol your body doesn’t process the way it does sugar, so it barely registers in calories. That’s how we keep sugar and calories low while still tasting like a real soda.
